Charitos is a Business/ Management Consultant, with 20 years experience in Business/ Management Consulting, providing specialised consulting services in Business Planning fields including Corporate Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Management, Market Research & Operations and Project Management.

His experience includes working at ACNielsen (Emerging Markets) as Customized Research Executive, where he was responsible for the Design, Execution, Analysis and Reporting of large Market Research Projects conducted in various countries on behalf of multinational corporations. During his employment at ACNielsen, he successfully adjusted a number of research products, including General Consumer Tracking Surveys, Blind Product tests, Shopper profile Studies and Satisfaction studies, in order to facilitate the use of a new Software, incorporating internal validation standards, resulting in significant increase in quality, productivity and profitability.

Also, he has worked as Marketing Manager at CTC Argosy, the leading wholesaler for Fast Moving Consumer Goods in Cyprus. Principals for which he was responsible, for their entire product line, included Chipita, Kraft Foods, Melissa, Rickmers Reismühle GMBH, Unilever, Unilever ELAIS and 3M Consumer Products.

Since 2009 he is successfully running his own Consulting firm, Universal Business Analytics Ltd.
