Summary

Kyriacos is a Certified Management Consultant and Corporate Trainer with over 20 years of experience in management & senior management roles, including 11 years in management consulting.

He begins his career as a management trainee, in the biggest Travel and Tourism Organization in Cyprus. He manages to quickly advance to management roles, undertaking the positions of Cargo Manager and Assistant Aviation Services Manager in the Organization. He assists in the formulation and implementation of new strategic initiatives, in response to a rapidly changing, competitive / regulatory environment in the Aviation Industry.

He continues his career by undertaking the role of the CEO for a start-up company in the fast food industry. He manages to turn the company profitable in under 18 months and successfully leads the business for 4 years, until a decision was made to capitalize on an exit opportunity. Along the way, he gathers invaluable ‘hands on’ experience in what it takes to start and successfully grow a new business.

The next move in his career is joining a management consulting agency in Cyprus. Initially from the position of Senior Consultant and then as Head of Strategy/Development & Productivity Improvement Department, he undertakes and manages projects for client organizations in the fields of Strategy, Marketing Management, Performance Improvement, Customer Service and Quality Assurance.

The next 10 years see Kyriacos entering the management consulting industry, offering consulting and corporate training services related to his areas of expertise including Corporate Strategy, Operational Effectiveness, Strategic Marketing, Customer Service. In 2019, he joins DanatCon HR Ltd in the position of Senior Consultant.
